One crew, a radius we can actually reach
We are a small crew based in Dalton, and the honest limit on where we work is how far a truck can get in the morning and still put in a full day. That radius covers Whitfield, Gordon, Catoosa and Murray counties in Georgia, and reaches over the state line into Hamilton and Bradley counties in Tennessee.
It is a genuinely varied area to build in. South of Dalton the ground flattens out toward Calhoun and the interstate corridor. North and west it rises into ridges, and by the time you are around Chattanooga, East Ridge and Fort Oglethorpe, level building ground is the exception rather than the rule. East, toward Chatsworth, the Cohuttas start and properties get larger and more rural. That range is why we spend so much of an estimate visit walking the ground rather than looking at plans.
The list below is where we work most, not a boundary drawn on a map. If you are near it and the job is worth the drive, call and ask — we will give you a straight answer rather than quoting a job we cannot service properly.

Not within the area we normally work. What we will not do is quote a job so far out that we cannot service it properly — a builder who cannot get back to you quickly when something needs attention is not much use, however good the price was. If you are on the edge of the area, ask and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
It changes permitting and code requirements, which differ between jurisdictions on either side of the line, and we will tell you what we understand applies to your specific site when we come out and quote it. Practically speaking, a great deal of the Chattanooga area is closer to us than parts of Georgia are, so the state line matters much less to the drive than the map suggests.

Regularly — a lot of our post-frame work is on acreage. Access is worth mentioning when you call, because getting materials and a truck to the actual build spot sometimes shapes the plan more than the design does. It is far better discussed at the estimate than discovered on delivery day.
All of them. Carports, pole barns, pavilions, decks, covered porches, fencing, remodeling, custom showers, garage conversions and room additions are available everywhere we work. There is no service we restrict to particular towns.
