When you submit the estimate form we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, property address, the service you selected and any message. We also record the page you submitted from, which tells us which part of the site you were reading.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, social security numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your inquiry: to call or text you back, to arrange an estimate visit, and to prepare and follow up on a quote. Submitting the form means you are content for us to contact you by phone, text or email about that request.

Who we share it with

Your details are handled by MNZ Construction and by the service providers that run this website and our customer records on our behalf — our website host, our email provider and our customer relationship management system. They process the information only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them — to follow up on a quote, to service work we carried out, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like us to delete your details, ask and we will.

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
