Home & Building Remodeling in Dalton, GA

A single room or an entire building — taken back to what needs replacing, then rebuilt properly.

The remodels that actually change how a house works

Most remodeling money gets spent on two kinds of job, and they are not the same kind of job. One is cosmetic: new surfaces on a room that already works. The other is structural: changing what a space is for. We do both, but the ones we are known for are the second kind — a garage that becomes two bedrooms, a bathroom that gets a proper walk-in shower instead of a tub nobody uses, an addition that gives a family a room they did not have.

A garage conversion is the clearest example of why. The space is already framed, already roofed and already sitting on a slab. Turning it into finished, heated, liveable rooms costs a fraction of building the same square footage from nothing, and it does not change the footprint of the house. One of our Google reviews describes exactly this job — a garage converted into two bedrooms — and it is a call we get regularly.

The other one is the shower. A tiled walk-in with a bench, a niche and a glass door is the single remodel people notice every day of their lives afterwards. It is also the one where the difference between good and bad work is invisible until it fails: what is behind the tile decides whether the room is still sound in ten years. That is where our attention goes.

  • Waterproofing before tile. In a shower, the membrane and the slope of the pan are the job. The tile is what you see afterwards.
  • Proper structure on conversions. Insulation, floor build-up and headers handled so a converted garage feels like a room rather than a garage with carpet.
  • One scope, one price. The whole room quoted together, so there is no discovery halfway through that doubles the number.
  • We work around you. Most of these are jobs in an occupied house. Dust control and access get planned, not improvised.
  • Fixtures we would fit at home. If a supplier sends something we would not put in our own house, it goes back on the same truck.
  • Finished means finished. Trim, silicone lines, door adjustment and a walkthrough before we call it done.

What we build

Why homeowners choose us

The parts you cannot see get done right

A shower fails at the pan and the membrane, not the tile. A conversion fails at the insulation and the floor build-up. We spend the time where the failure would be, because that is the part you are actually buying.

Honest about what a space can become

Not every garage should be bedrooms and not every bathroom has room for a walk-in. We would rather tell you that on the estimate visit than take the job and make it fit badly.

A fixed written price

You get the scope and the number before anything is opened up. Every one of our Google reviews mentions the price being fair and being kept to. That is deliberate.

The same crew all the way through

Interior work in an occupied house is disruptive enough without a different set of subs every week. The people who start your room are the people who finish it.
