Around Dalton, Calhoun and Ringgold, the housing stock is mostly single-story ranches, farmhouses and manufactured homes sitting on land with room to spare. The house itself is usually fine. What runs out is covered space — somewhere to park the camper, keep the mower and the tools dry, sit outside in July, or put a fourth bedroom.
That is why so much of our work is post-frame. A carport, a pole barn or a pavilion goes up on its own posts, on ground you already own, without opening a wall or touching the roof of the house. It is the cheapest square footage anyone can build you, and on most sites we can set posts and be dried in inside a couple of weeks.
When the space does have to come out of the house, the two we get asked for most are the garage conversion and the shower. A garage is already framed, roofed and on a slab, so turning it into two bedrooms is a fraction of what an addition costs. And a tiled walk-in shower is the one remodel that changes how a bathroom feels every single day, which is why we would rather build one properly than tile four badly.

We come and look
Roberto walks the site with you, measures, and talks through what will actually work on your ground — setbacks, slope, drainage, how the new roofline meets the old one. There is no charge for the visit and no charge to hear that an idea will not work.
A written price
You get the scope and the number in writing, with the materials, the sizes and the colors named. If you want to change something, we re-price it before anyone starts, not after.
We build it and clean up
We start on the day we said, work with the same crew through to the end, haul the offcuts and packaging away, and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
