This website is not a quote

The descriptions, timescales and general guidance on this site are exactly that: general. Every project we take on is priced after a visit to the actual site, because slope, drainage, access, ground conditions and how a new structure meets an existing one all change the work and the cost. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to a price or a schedule. Only a written estimate signed by us is.

Permits, codes and jurisdictions

We work across several jurisdictions in Georgia and Tennessee, and permitting and code requirements differ between them. Where this site refers to permits, it is describing what commonly applies rather than giving a determination about your property. We will tell you what we understand applies to your specific site when we quote it, and you should treat the relevant authority as the final word.

The project photographs on this site are of work carried out by MNZ Construction. They are shown to illustrate the type and standard of work we do. They are not a representation that your project will be identical in specification, materials or finish.

Reviews

Customer reviews reproduced on this site are quoted verbatim from our public Google Business Profile, including the reviewers' own spelling and wording. We have not edited them, and we do not offer anything in exchange for a review.
